What information do we collect?
We
gather data from you when you register on our site so we may comply
only with the required State and Federal privacy rules and laws. We
collect your IP address also when you register so that our system can
know you when you come back, plus it allows us to validate your IP
against a list of IP addresses that are in our system that we have
banned. This is so that we may protect our users from spammers, BOTS and
those who create problems.
How do we protect your information?
All data is stored on servers located in the United States using standard security.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We
don't sell, exchange, or in any way provide information to any outside
entity including advertisers. However by U.S. Law we are required to if
provided with a subpoena, information that may fall within the scope of
said subpoena.
Children's Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance
We
are consistent with the prerequisites of COPPA (Children's Online
Privacy Protection Act), we don't gather any data from anybody under 13
years old. Our site requires members to be at least 13 years of age
under COPPA and we have Teen help sections on this site that we have
created for their use.
